1. About AYSEL

AYSEL by Ayesha is a luxury fashion brand specializing in handcrafted, made-to-order garments. Every piece is carefully created after an order has been confirmed, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website.

3. Products & Availability

Every AYSEL garment is handcrafted and made to order.

While we make every effort to ensure product availability, fabrics or embellishments may occasionally become unavailable.

In such cases, we will contact you to offer:

  • A suitable alternative, or
  • A full refund of the amount paid.

4. Product Images

We strive to display our garments as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Photography lighting
  • Handcrafted embroidery placement
  • Fabric texture

These minor variations are a natural part of handcrafted garments and do not constitute defects.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

6. Order Confirmation

Pakistan Orders

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.

Production begins only after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch or through Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

International Orders

Full payment is required before production begins.

Production will commence only after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

7. Production Time

All garments are handcrafted after an order has been confirmed.

Standard production time is:

7–10 Working Days

Production times may vary during festive seasons, public holidays, or periods of exceptionally high demand.

8. Shipping

Shipping timelines begin after production has been completed.

Domestic and international delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination
  • Courier services
  • Customs clearance
  • Public holidays
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

AYSEL cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

9. Custom Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

AYSEL is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

Where feasible, paid alteration services may be offered within Pakistan.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided production has not yet begun.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

11. Returns & Exchanges

As every garment is handcrafted exclusively for each customer, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

If a manufacturing issue occurs due to our workmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Each request will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate, we may offer:

  • Complimentary alteration
  • Replacement
  • Another suitable resolution

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Product designs
  • Photographs
  • Graphics
  • Written content
  • Branding

is the exclusive property of AYSEL by Ayesha and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

AYSEL shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages resulting from:

  • Courier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

16. Changes to These Terms

AYSEL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
