Our Commitment
At AYSEL by Ayesha, every garment is handcrafted exclusively after your order is placed. As each piece is made specifically for you, we maintain a carefully considered Returns & Exchange Policy that reflects the bespoke nature of our brand.
Manufacturing Issues
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every AYSEL garment.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or differs significantly from your confirmed order due to our workmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Each case will be reviewed individually.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- Complimentary alteration
- Replacement of the garment
- Another suitable resolution based on the nature of the issue
Incorrect Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when placing an order.
If incorrect measurements are submitted by the customer:
- Returns and exchanges are not available.
- Paid alteration services may be offered where feasible.
- Every request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Alteration Service
We are pleased to offer alteration services for customers within Pakistan.
Please note:
- Alteration services are subject to feasibility.
- Alteration charges apply.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with alterations.
Change of Mind
As every AYSEL garment is handcrafted exclusively after your order is confirmed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect size or measurements provided by the customer
- Colour variations due to screen settings
- Delays caused by courier companies or customs authorities
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided production has not yet begun.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible as every garment is handcrafted specifically for the customer.
Fabric Availability
In the rare event that a selected fabric becomes unavailable, AYSEL will contact you promptly.
Customers will have the option to:
- Select a suitable alternative fabric, or
- Receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances, including situations where AYSEL is unable to fulfil an order.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
