How long does it take to receive my order?
Every AYSEL garment is handcrafted after your order is placed. Our standard production time is 7–10 working days, after which your order will be shipped.
Are all products made to order?
Yes. Every design at AYSEL by Ayesha is created exclusively after your order is confirmed, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
Can I customize my order?
Yes. We offer bespoke services for selected designs, including custom measurements and certain design modifications. Please visit our Bespoke Atelier page or contact us to discuss your requirements.
How do I provide my measurements?
You can submit your measurements during the ordering process or contact our team for guidance. A detailed measurement guide will also be available to help you measure accurately.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for selected orders within Pakistan.
For bespoke or high-value orders, we may require full or partial advance payment before production begins.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and shipping charges vary depending on the destination.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As every garment is made exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible due to the made-to-order nature of our garments.
